“It is time to renew, to flourish from the heart …
To sprout, to expand in a shower of petals,
Delicate, beautiful and sensitive
You have overcome all the obstacles of winter,
you have understood that everything is ephemeral.
Luminous buds, transformed into a flower. “
The cherry blossom “Sakura”, (in Japanese) is a very appreciated flower in the Japanese country and in many other cultures. A treasure that represents the ephemeral beauty of nature, the feminine, love, renewal and sensitivity. Sakura is also the symbol that announces the arrival of spring.
Cherry trees also teach us the concept of being reborn, flourishing, after having overcome obstacles or, rather, having transformed them.
In Japan there is the tradition of practicing the “Hanani” (the observation of flowers). Every spring, during the first weeks of the season, the parks and streets of the cities fill with people, sometimes even crossing the whole country with the sole purpose of observing how the flowers fill the landscape.
